Basic 

Free for individuals to monitor crops with NDVI, calculate areas, and collaborate across unlimited farms.

Advanced 

Ideal for farmers who want more features but only pay for what they use — includes unlimited trials, multi-field processing, and discounted access to Stack analysis and prescription maps.

Pro 

Best value for farmers and agronomists who want full, unlimited access to all tools — including yield maps, Stack, trials, prescriptions, and expert support.

To view or manage your subscription, click on your profile icon, then select Settings. 

Go to the Payment & Subscriptions section where you can see your current plan and billing details, view your next billing date, and update or cancel your subscription.

To upgrade your subscription, go to the Pricing tab in your account. 

You will see all available plans, with your current plan clearly highlighted. 

Simply select a different plan to upgrade your subscription.

You can pay for Advanced and Pro subscriptions with a credit card, debit card, or with a PayPal account. We also support invoice payments for these plans. If you prefer to be invoiced, approved users can request this by contacting us at support@datafarming.com.au.

After an initial failed payment, we allow a 7-day grace period and retry up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled.

To regain access to paid features, simply subscribe to a plan again.

You can access your payment history in the account's billing settings.
